The Board of Directors (BOD) was elected to a two-year term during the last Annual Membership Meeting and Election. This was because the organization had lost its Non-Profit Status, and all terms for the previous officers had expired. To establish a staggered election cycle for BOD positions, some Directors have volunteered to serve a one-year term, while others will complete a two-year commitment. The current election will be for a three-year period based on a change to the by-laws. The “President and Secretary” will complete their two-year commitment, and the “Vice President and Treasurer” positions are up for reelection. Half of the BOD has also volunteered to offer their positions for reelection, as this will provide continuity and align with the terms of the by-law requirements.

The following positions are voluntarily up for reelection:

– Vice President
– Treasurer

And

– One (1) Director – Parent Representative
– Three (3) Director Positions

You can find the current list of nominees for these open positions below. Please note that nominations will be accepted up to the point of the election on Thursday, February 16th, 2023. Additional nominees will be presented during the General Meeting and Election.
