ROC the Day with GRSBA – 11/27/2018

Join us and make a difference!

On Tuesday, November 27th, the Rochester community will come together to ROC the Day and we need YOU to join us. It’s 24 hours of unprecedented community giving. And it’s your chance to make a real difference right here in the Greater Rochester region.

The Greater Rochester Spina Bifida Association provides supports to individuals and families of individuals with Spina Bifida by offering social events, providing information and referral services to expecting parents who have been told that their child has Spina Bifida. GRSBA supports families by providing free parking passes for some medical appointments at specific clinical service locations. The Association provides a scholarship program in which individuals with Spina Bifida can apply for financial assistance to attend post secondary educational training. The Board of Directors also offers a “Non-Reimbursable Medical Expense Fund which assists families by providing funding to help cover some of the costs related to haveing Spina Bifida that are not covered by insurance. One of the most asked for services by our members is that of social events. At these events families get together and discuss a variety of topics related to having Spina Bifida, including the services that are offered in our local community.

Join us in supporting our community and ROC the Day on 11/27/2018. Find out more and get ready to ROC at roctheday.org/GRSBA.
